Apple Store Grand Central Opening Friday

Apple Store Grand Central

Grand Central Terminal in New York might be best known as a train station, but the truth is that it actually gets more tourist foot traffic than commuter traffic. And that’s probably why Apple has decided it’s a great place to open their next retail store. The Apple Store Grand Central will open this Friday, December 9th at 10 a.m. so that you can either pickup a Mac on the way to work or make it a part of your tourist sight seeing when in the Big Apple. Apple has opening hours and a landing page for the Grand Central site, Apple Grand Central opening hours will be as follows:
Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The store will be located above the entrance to the dining concourses, you can see in the picture above the façade they have on the store at the moment. The store will of course have a Genius Bar so if you need something fixed or have questions you can stop in as well.
This will be the fifth Apple store location in Manhattan, other locations include 72 Greene St. (SoHo)., 767 Fifth Avenue (24 hour glass cube store), 401 W. 14th Street, and1981 Broadway on the Upper West Side. All of the Apple stores in Manhattan are extremely profitable for Apple, the tourists and premium buying New Yorkers are great customers for Apple. Besides, how can you resist a city that calls itself the Big Apple if you’re company name is Apple?
